ALLI OWENS TO THROW OUT FIRST PITCH IN LEXINGTON Lexington, Ky. (July 12, 2008) - ARCA RE/MAX Series driver Alli Owens will sign autographs and meet fans before the Lexington Legends game at Applebee’s Park in Lexington, Ky. on July 16. The 19-year-old will also be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch. Owens will be in the area to compete in Friday’s Kentucky 150 at Kentucky Speedway. “The ceremonial first pitch is a longstanding tradition in baseball,” said Owens, a Daytona Beach, Fla. native. “Every year since 1910, the president has thrown out a first pitch.
